Precinct 75: Sydney’s Creative Hub

Tucked away off Unwins Bridge Road in St Peters, NSW is Precinct 75. This vibrant community lies on the site of an old Taubman’s paint factory that has been delicately restored. The old industrial area has been around Sydney’s Inner West since the early 1900s and still boasts its original charm. With its large warehouse spaces, high ceilings, exposed brick, concrete accents and rustic feel, it’s no wonder Precinct 75 has become a hub for creative professionals looking to escape stale CBD offices.

There are 12 different buildings in the space and 70 businesses (including us!) that happen to call Precinct 75 home. We love how wonderfully eclectic all of our neighbours are. From a coffee roaster to a brewery to a brand that specialises in paperwares, there really is a wide-ranging mix of people in here. The community is well worth checking out, come past on a Saturday for a weekend shopping trip that’s different from the usual Westfield. Here are just a few spots we think you should peruse through while you’re here.
