Shipping Time Frames
Most purchases will leave our warehouse the following business day and arrive to you within the time frame specified on the shipping option that you select.
We now offer an Express service which means you can have your order at your door within 1-2 days for most Australian locations. For all standard deliveries time frames are as per below. Please be mindful of any delays that may occur within the shipping industry due to any crisis situations.

Please note that Upcycle Studio reserves the right to charge extra shipping for bulky/heavy items to regional and rural areas. You will be notified of this prior to dispatch and invoiced separately.
Of course you can return Upcycle Studio products!!! We want you to be just as happy and excited as we are about our products!
The team at Upcycle Studio are dedicated to sourcing products that are kind to our planet however their design, quality and functionality are just as important. If you feel that any of our products don’t meet these expectations or you are simply unhappy we want to know about it.
You should however keep in mind when considering a purchase at Upcycle Studio that the nature of the goods means that we cannot guarantee the colour or style is identical to the image displayed on the website.
You can be guaranteed though that you will be receiving something unique and often one of a kind. Most of our products are hand-made from reclaimed materials which means sizes and colours can vary from product to product, they may show signs of their original use and could even tell you a story or two about how they started out but this is the very reason we love our products…no two are exactly the same!
If an item arrives and is broken or damaged we will happily exchange the item and cover all postage costs provided you have kept the packaging and the item has not been used.
If an item arrives that isn’t quite what you expected we will happily exchange or refund this provided it has its original tags and packaging and the item is returned within 14 days of purchase. Upcycle Studio will ship the new item or refund the purchase amount as soon as the original item has been returned in showroom condition.
Afterpay Merchant fees are non-refundable in the event of a refund.
Please note- Upcycle Studio should be notified prior and all return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer. Refund amounts do not include original shipping and apply to the product cost only.
If you have an Upcycle Studio product that is older than 14 days and you are unhappy with its performance, quality or you simply have a care and maintenance question you should email us with the following:
- Your Name
- Order Number
- Item details
- Purchase Date
- Fault/Maintenance Query
- Any images that might assist us in helping your case
*Custom orders can not be returned
It is Upcycle Studio's number one priority to ensure that all of our customers remain happy and loyal. All Upcycle Studio products will be assessed on a case by case basis and will take into account fair and reasonable wear & tear in accordance with the products age and use. Some products carry warranty’s and can be replaced or repaired where the item is deemed faulty. Other products may not be covered by an official manufacturer’s warranty depending on the nature of the item. Wherever this occurs and the item is deemed to be faulty, Upcycle Studio will endeavour to replace or repair the item regardless of the manufacturer’s warranty.
Gift Cards are non-refundable and have no expiry date.
