    My package was robbed from my porch and Upcycle studio sent me another one free of charge!! From start to finish Upcycle studio were a joy to deal with, so down to earth, approachable and just so so lovely. First of all they went above and beyond to locate my package when it never arrived, then when we figured out it was stolen they honoured my order anyway! I was so sad at the thoughts of some one stealing my package but then they restored my faith in mankind by immediately offering to send me my order again! I couldn’t believe it! They are just genuinely hard working, good people, running a business and doing their very important part for the environment!! And now I’m loving my corckicle water bottle and tumblers!
